i made one myself but it really sucks.. also i am looking for a free one so if someone can do it out of the goodness of their heart i would really appreciate it!
 
good luck with that one - we ending up just biting the bullet and buying one - if you manage to get a free one done for you then good effort!
 
Download the 30 day free trail of Adobe After Effects and google for some free templates so you only have to change the text.
I could make you one myself but only for real money.
