I have been making let's plays for many, many years, and I'm getting quite tired of doing them.
I need something new and fresh to do, as I still love making videos. I just don't know what that new thing should be...

Any ideas would be helpful!
 
Maybe try making let's play videos + talk about other stuff that you are interested in? So...for example, perhaps you could start giving tips about personal development -- how to organize life, stay motivated, become a winner at your job...etc... That might be kind of cool. People like coming to YouTube to learn things, and if you can combine gaming + learning, people might become hooked lol. ^_^
