Need ideas for a 1000th Subscriber vlog

So I hit 1,000 subscribers a couple of weeks ago and I haven't put up a special vlog or anything yet to acknowledge it. I would have last week, but I've been sick and my voice is far too hoarse to vlog anything really. I'm not even sure I'll be able to do the gaming voiceovers I need to do this weekend.

I had wanted to do a "Husband Tag" video as my special 1,000 subscribers vlog, but my husband is being camera shy and really doesn't want to (I think he only agreed a few months back because he didn't think I'd ever reach this many ... he underestimated my determination!) ;)

I'm not sure what else to do, other than just saying thank you - but I want to do a little bit more. Any ideas?

Do a giveaway that's a great way to show your fans that you appreciate them and also to maybe get some extra views and new fans in the process!

I was thinking about that, but I need to make sure I do it 100% legal (there are a lot of rules out there about giveaways and it's my understanding most of them are actually done illegally and I really don't want to get hit with a $25,000 fine). If I did do one, I was thinking perhaps $100 steam gift card maybe? However that can't be the entire video ... that's kind of boring.

Hah, yeah - an arthritic 40-something who is terrified of heights, bungee jumping. Definitely would be fun to watch, but there is no way in heck - even if I hit 1,000,000 subs - that I would ever, ever do that. (EEK!)

Well talk about thanking them for everything they've done, talk like over a bunch of old clips of your old vlogs!

If he found out, he would be really, really angry ... as in Hulk Smash (he punches holes in walls, not people) angry. No thanks! ;) Next!! :p
 
Well since your viewers got you to that milestone, make it a video about them. Do a Q&A, or make a simple video saying thank you (make it inventive and funny!)
