Is there any way to customize what is said in the tweet that goes out when people share your video? As in to change the 'I liked a YouTube video (link to video)' to an actual preloaded message, specifically with my Twitter handle in it?
You can't change the text but you can make it so that your Twitter handle appears in the default message. Go to youtube.com/account_sharing and connect your Twitter account. However, the person who shares is still able to change the text.

If I enjoy a video I tend to send a personalised tweet about the video. The creator of the video will appreciate it a lot more and because it's not automated people tend to read it/check it out as opposed to just scrolling right passed it.
Thank you all so much for the responses, what I want is just for my Twitter handle to be in place so I'll at least get a notification and be able to reply and thank them.
