Alright, so I am revamping my outro for my channel, and was told that there is an easy way to get "derpy the ghost" that is just a 16-bit flat image to look like he is dancing without the need of creating 49 video tracks in Vegas Pro 12 for the animation.

Can I use just one video track in Vegas Pro 12 to create the same or similar animation? If so, how? Google and YouTube have not been helpful!
