Need help with Channel design

Hey guys, I need help with my new Gaming channel's design.
Here is my current design:


Well, what I think mostly need replacement is the YouTube banner.
Do you think my avatar need a replacement though?

Also, where can I find some designer for this job?

Well you banner and logo need to say something about the channel, at the moment it is very plane, maybe include something to to with the type or style of games you will be playing so as it conveys a message.

Well I guess thats true about the banner, but the avatar is good enough or I'll need some "unique sign" for my channel?
As example: PewDiePie's unique sign is Brofist.

U dont need a unique sign but just fill it up a bit more, add your twitter account or fb accoun and google+ account e.g. "@Frosty" or "/frosty" just to fill it up
