Need help growing my channel

I've recently created a channel for Black Desert online game play, its a korean game and its super fun to play! right now im working on growing my channel, and if anyone could help that would be amazing

What do you mean by growing your channel?
Branding? Design? Gaining subscribers?

Perhaps the first step should be making videos?

Get a nice banner and icon, make some nice custom thumbnails!
Just start recording and posting gameplay
Also, be active in this forum and buy VIP so you can have one of your videos as a signature

Talk with other gamers, show them your videos and ask for feedback! The quality of your videos will improve and you also get more viewers by talking and asking for feedback!
