Need Help Getting my motivation back

Okay three years ago i started recording my gameplay with a camcord and i loved making youtube videos back then but now I have no motivation i just feel like whats the point? I really dont want to give up but i have no clue how to get my motivation to make videos anymore

You may want to take a break. Don't force anything. If you force it it will show in your videos. Taking a break might give you some time to think about where you want to go and new content. Just look at all the positives you have gained throughout your YouTube career and use that as motivation. Hope you get through this rough patch. :)

i took like a 4 month break well three or four i stoped in june and started again a month or two again and had like three week break inbetween

Well I guess the most entaing was back im old channl i tried to make funny videos about me just playing with people! now I just make commentaries I like make commentaries but i rarely have time to do them but when i have time its usally at night so i gotta talk really quiet which sucks! but also the people i used to play with i dont play with anymore so i cant really make funny vids if i dont have any funny moments anymore

Understandable. Why don't you make your own funny videos and moments. Go online with random people and have fun who knows you might meet some people on there have a good time and come up with a hilarious video. As for making videos at night I understand that's the only time we have sometimes too when making videos. Maybe try and plan a day where you would have enough time to record during the day if it is an issue to record at night or if it is possible try recording somewhere else. Try thinking outside the box. You don't necessarily have to be funny. I've seen many channels who are successful who do reviews of games maybe you could try that out.

I've gotten bored once, but for me getting close to a set goal and being around fun, like-minded people got me out of that slump. You seem to be having a similar situation. I saw you saw you no longer play with the guys you used to play with. All I can think of is start uploading things YOU enjoy doing, and along the way start communicating with other Youtubers, gamers, or even your fans. Eventually you will find a new group of people to play with and that should re-spark your motivation. Being around a fellow up-and-coming Youtuber that was dedicated to his channel got me back into it when I stopped. Hope this helps and good luck with your channel!
 
Like they said above, don't force anything. Brainstorm if you REALLY do want to make a video. If you really love it, don't procrastinate, I do the same thing sometimes so I know how you feel. It's what I'm doing right now actually. But you have to just do it if you love doing it. Subs are great, people are lying if they are saying it's not important to them. BUT it isn't the MOST important thing, Just have fun with it :) If you can make yourself smile from a video YOU just made... You did well enough.
