Need help finding the source!

Yeh its an odd one, but I'm still not sure the subs are too extreme to determine anything yet. What I don't get is that Socialblade shows 1k views that day, but that video is on 14k so I have no clue
The other thing is my audience is pretty targeted. In the first weeks after I started the channel I had a hater with about 30 YT accounts. He disliked the just about every video I had at the time. The last 30 days I've had few dislikes and averaged 1 or so a video (still from the hater I think, can't figure out who). This video has legitimately received about 1/3 dislikes. It tells me my target audience aren't the ones watching...
maybe be should wait a week and look what happends. exspecially with part 2 ^^
on the other hand you could ask youtube if everything is okay and if the stats are correct.

Not sure if you've been here, but if you go into Video Manager > Analytics > Playback Locations > Embedded Players > You should get a massive list of all sources, more than just the simple view. You might have checked this already but Google isn't helping me much :)

Socialblade is always at least a day behind. Vidstatsx is as current as the analytics somehow IF you click on the "videos" tab. It just updated again with 17,784 for the video in question.[DOUBLEPOST=1368524282,1368523825][/DOUBLEPOST]

If I click on analytics and try to view this stat I can't click on it, even if I search for a particular video. If I click on the video in video manager I can. Thanks! I learn something new every day. It still isn't up to date enough though. Showing data from Sunday. I did have 1 view from PBS.org though!?

SocialBlade shows that you had 17,784 views, 86 people rated the video, and 45 comments. It looks legit to me.

Like others have said before, you may have got embedded views, or even if your are not getting the views from your target audience, your getting views, subs and comments. I wouldn't call myself the 'target audience' but I watched a few of your videos starting with the surviving the first minutes of a nuclear bomb and I enjoyed it and subbed. Keep up the good work :D

It says you got a sizable boost from:

Analytics hasn't updated yet but the end number from that site could be much bigger. It looks like you are attracting a lot of skeptical people too, it's real interactions looking at the comments you are getting and the likes/dislikes on the video.

It's a hot topic so you'll get very polarizing opinions and views on that video. Just gotta ride that wave.

Just as fast as it turned on it turned off, right at 7am this morning. I went from 100 subscribers yesterday to 1 today!
