Need help - Deleted account by accident / my last 80 youtube vids are gone!?

Keshipel

I've Got It
Im on my phone so I'll just copy paste from my other post on a different forum.

I recovered my account within 2 minutes. I can see it in the logs.

So I was trying to fix my two youtube accounts, to work with google adsense.

My main channel was first put up with xxx@email.com then I made another channel on the same E-mail. My main channel was connected to Adsense and all was good, but when I tried login in to adsense with the same E-mail, it would just see that my other channel wasn't connected to Adsense through the youtube program.

SO, I decided I'd just delete that second channel (had 1 vid) and keep my MAIN channel.

What happened was I deleted the whole xxx@email.com from google, and everything was gone. So I went onto the recover page as quickly as I could, recovered it with the right password and everything, and it was up within 5 min.

BUT, all my videos that I've uploaded the last 2-3 months have been deleted? All my stats are the same as they were earlier today, but when I go into Video Manager they all list as "Unidentified Video" ..

I'm superstressed out, and these videos were the ones that were bringing in subscribers and views. I went from 200-740 subs in the last month because of those videos, and now they're gone...

If anyone knows a solution, it would be MUCH appriciated if you could leave it down below in the comments!

Oh my goodness, my heart sank when I saw the title. I didn't even know that this was possible. Hopefully someone is able to post a solution and reduce your stress levels, which are obviously over 9000 ._.

Yeah I really hope so.. 600 of my subscribers are here for my Fallout 4 vids, and now I don't have any of'em.. ://

None of my Fallout vids are back.. those are the ones missing :/
I'm surprised you were able to even keep the amount of videos you have because if I'm not mistaken when you delete your channel youtube perm. removes your videos.

edit: this was a direct quote taken from their help page.
"Closing your YouTube channel will permanently delete your content, including videos, comments, messages, playlists, and history. Note that you can't delete a channel on mobile devices right now."
"The update may take some time, so you might continue to see thumbnails of your videos on the site for a short time."

so my guess is, is because you reactivated it so quickly it only removed a portion of your channel. Like I said I could be wrong, I'm just taking it from the information on their help page

this seems like the most likely solution of what happened

It's permanently deleted if you delete videos from your Youtube video manager, but since my YT account is linked up against google+ I managed to get my videos back! Some guy from google managed to salvage the ones I still had the link for :D
They've had some mixed success with it, and another guy said (in the forum post I posted) that their chances of salvage had dwindled down to -2 or something, but luckely they got it to work.
Praise google is all I can say <3
