My best friend and I started a daily morning talk show a few weeks ago, our initial response was good getting over 100 views on the first video the first day, but after that it died off fast. Now we're getting 20-50 views max per video.
Just some feedback on what we could do better, what content people would want to see, and such as that.
We're currently taking a week off and brainstorming ideas to make it more interesting.
Any input would be greatly appreciated!
