Need Editing Help! Video is Jagged and audio skips!

It didn't do it on my first video but decided to do it when I rendered, I put quite a bit more effort into my editing this time around, I rendered at 1080p .MP4 and the video looks Jagged and the audio is skipping, should I re-render and hope for the best, or did I do something wrong? I'm using Camtasia.

Already had dubstep in the background, I fixed the problem, it was just Quicktime Player trolling me!

You should most probably use VLC

That was actually my first thought "Wait.. Why am using this crap..?" *switch to VLC* *Video Played Fine*
