Need Coder For Idea!

Hey guys first off I'm not sure if this is the right section didn't know where it would go...
I was thinking networks recruit tons of people to find them partners with certain requirements, so what if someone made a channel searcher? It would be a program that asks a category, sub amount, views etc. Then gives you a list of the best fitting channels with an automatic Private messenger and more. This could make anyone wanting to be a recruiter have a 75% easier job and would be very helpful, I'm not good enough to code such a project but I'd be willing to help if anyone's interested!

A good network should have something like this already and not do the administration with excel sheets which a certain 'gaming' network does. I'm sure not all networks are runned by retards and might have some professional codemonkeys for stuff like this.

I was involved in a network. won't disclose more information as I want to keep stuff seperate and not be pointed as "that guy" in the wrong why if you know what I mean (although there wouldn't be anything to point badly though).
