If you go down this path you haven't lost much at all. Yes, you will have to reinvest some time and effort back into your account to get everything up to scratch. You'll also find that if you aren't a member of a content provider (Like Fullscreen, Machinima, etc) you can't monetize your gaming videos anyway so your adsense association would be wasted as you don't have the necessary copyright permissions. It'd be easier to do it now with only 2 videos up than later when you have 10-20.

The other option I can think of would be appealing to YouTube directly. Only way I can think of doing so would be to view your channel dashboard, click the send feedback button and explain the whole story to them and ask if they can in any way reset your subscriber count as they were earned through a mistake which caused you to gain them via botting. That's my take again anyway. I'll shut my trap there as we're derailing this thread from it's original tracks.
