Services Need an intro?

i would like one, i'll of course give you a shoutout. for the theme I just would like something simple like my logo to my channel spinning in and when it stops the trophy sound dings. (not this current logo I have though)
 
I think this guy stopped, his youtube channel's last video said something about closing down his youtube channel. If I am wrong and I hope I am could you make me an intro? If you respond I will tell you some specifics to go by :)
