NEED Advice

I've Got It
I actually NEED advice for two things:

1. How can I get cash quickly and easily without having to post things?

2. Review my channel and tell me how to improve it please.
 
1. I have no clue, keep waiting for more responses
2. Few things, but most important is that the new youtube layout actually reduces the quality of your channel try to switch back to the old design, other than that quality is key and from what I saw you were more interested in quantity

How does the new layout reduce the quality of a channel?
 
The new design puts too much content for the viewer and they tend to like they previous design, (you may have your own opinion but so far every forum and popular user I have talked to say the new design has decreased their views), and for the other comment I saw many videos that were in no way different than the others, im not trying to pick on your videos but you did ask for advice, either take what I say and apply it to your channel to improve it, or don't, but you have my 5 cents on this
 
I kinda wanted to know like how my design and my channel looks. I dont want people on here to feel promoted I just want them to see how the layout of the channel looks. I really don't care if you watch some videos.[DOUBLEPOST=1367894477,1367894402][/DOUBLEPOST]
I saw many videos that were in no way different than the others, im not trying to pick on your videos but you did ask for advice, either take what I say and apply it to your channel to improve it, or don't, but you have my 5 cents on this

Okay your advice is not wanted because YouTube Channels need Original Videos! That means they need to differ from others.

I like the banner and stuff, but the no avatar is kind of a throw off...
