That has got to be the most brilliant but strangest way of calming yourself down but in theory totally work! Awesome Advise!

i realized it when i was doing a haul video and about in the middle of the video i was showing the perfume i bought, and smelled it, and for the whole rest of the video i looked so much more relaxed and happy. so i thought, thats it, im smelling that perfume every time right before i record.
