Services Need a Good Intro for Your YouTube Channel?

Was wondering if you could assist with an intro? I'm hoping for it to be kinda basic. Just my username with a lens flare effect outlining the bottom of the name going left to right ending at about the halfway mark. I'll include a snippet of myofirrent banner so you could get a feel of the color scheme. And have a flashing red/blue kind of effect with lens flare that last about 2-3 seconds. After the red/blue lights stop, the entire name shakes forhalf a second or so and the D goes crooked (maybe falls down towards the frame?) Would be forever in your debt. Sorry if I'm misunderstanding your service posting. And thank you!
