Request need a good Banner

I need an upgrade i change my banner like its going out of style.. it is. everytime i create a banner and i say to myself alright this is great, i upload it and its BLURRY so it looks like crap. so i need someone who is good with making banners and can do so much better than i have. I will be willing to pay YTtalk cash but no in real life cash as im low on that. even free will be good but im not asking for crap im asking for something thats got style and creativity.
