Request need a free logo and banner

Banner:
To give you details, I would like 'puregamer62' in the center and I make Call Of Duty videos so something linked to that for the banner.

Logo:
For the logo I would like 'puregamer62' to be written in green on a grey background with a black strip above the text and below the text.
