I agree, the only reason this can help is due to yougnins. There are a lot of children on YouTube without proper bank accounts and with parents who wont give them cash online.I don't see why people don't just get a regular domain, since they're extremely cheap ($10 a year). Plus, whenever I see a .tk domain, the first thing I think is "wow they don't even have a real domain".
You're right, It just personally works for me as my bill every year for domains is already sky high.After so many years, .tk usually smells of cheapness to people who have been on the Internet for quite some time. I would personally avoid it, but that's just my opinion.
I second ThioJoe's post - get a regular domain if you need it, they're very cheap anyway.
