Request Need a Channel Banner and Avatar for Second Channel!

I would really appreciate it if someone could make me a banner for my second channel!

All I need it to say is: ScottishGaming and then anything you want to have in it is totally up to you!

Then could you make me an avatar saying the same thing or just SG in the same style as the banner!
