Request Need a catchy logo (Paying $$$ If needed)

My screen name is SpiffingStu, I'm a British thirteen year old with one thousand subscribers on youtube, but I lack the artistic skills to make anything other than a nice thumbnail. I would be willing to pay ~10$ for a nice clean logo. I would like something modern, using vibrant colours, and reflecting the stereotypical British Culture.

One nice example is Mumbo Jumbo, who has a pair of white eyes and a mustache, with the light blue background. Please post here, and if I like it I'l buy it off of you for 0-10$

These sorts of hats are more frequently worn by women; Bowler hats are worn by men and women equally, and I'm looking more for a symbol of masculinity. The sort of hats I'd like are more pronounced, and with sharp edges. I love the artstyle though. Take that, minimalism. If the block below the hat was gone, and the hat was instead a Top hat, I would happily buy it.
