NATOarts owns my video?

It has come to my attention that a video I uploaded in 2013 is owned by NATOarts. This happened because I used software called EZvid and I used a song from that software. I tried changing the song, but since the video has so many views I can only save it as a new video if I want the audio changed. Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks

At this point I say take it as a loss if you used some copyrighted music without knowing. I don't know if you want to take it down and re-upload it with a different song, but it might not get the same traction as the original upload.

I took a look at the claim, and it appears it is a valid audio claim for the music used in the entirety of the video. NATOarts has every right to claim your video.

I googled Natoarts and they have a website. The website says they have been suspened since 2004. I am not gonna re upload. I will probably just keep the video up for now. Still kinda irritates me that I didn't know this kinda stuff 3 years agao.

If this is the EZVid editor I am thinking about, the terms of use clearly stated that if you used any of the music included with the program, you could not monetize the video and the music would be claimed as it was under copyright.
