SquareOne requires 1,000,000-1,500,000 monthly, just as a side note.
 
Just because the networks listed are "top" gaming networks does not mean that they are any good. Machinima has gone down the drain and are a horrible network these days. I have also heard many new opinions as far as TGN, a lot of people can't wait to get out of their contracts.

The best/most popular gaming network at the moment, and that has the best reviews from my research, is Curse. Seems like everyone is happy with them.
