My YT Stats - Winner or Loser? Kindly help.

Whoa, that is amazing growth, you found a niche market and cornered it, congrats on the success dude!

As for the sub loss, the only other reason I can think of is YouTube unsubbing them due to glitches or inactive accounts during an audit. There's always channels that will look larger and faster growth in comparison, unless you are comparing other channels that offer the same content as yours. If that's the case then you just have to look at what they are offering and how you can improve on it.

Our people are still not habituated of searching with a suffix 'in hindi'.... I mean, Hindi is a language, and still people don't search like, 'how to make stew "in Hindi", .... so may be that's the reason for the not so good numbers....

But just 2 days back someone told me, and I too found out incognito, that Youtube has made 2 of my videos 'Featured Videos' for the segment... when it comes to Forex Trading in Hindi is concerned....

Pretty new to YT, so it's exciting one second, and the next second when you read success stories, it feels like I am living in a dungeon.... :)

I am good in two more Niche markets, which are completely unexplored on Youtube but with great demand for my country.... once I take this channel to a logical conclusion... I will work on them soon....

I know what you mean, lately I've covered two convention events and properly tagging your videos so that people can search for them is important. As well as having an established channel feature you, that's fantastic too.

I don't think you need any advice from a small channel like mine, but here's what I think could improve your videos. Try and get ride of the black bars, it makes the video look less professional in my opinion. The banner branding is smart, but keeping it the entire video might be too much, it's like an ad you can't close haha.

Other than that, keep on gaining more success Eddwel!
 
hey mate im no bigtime youtuber.. i dont really know much about youtube yet being as ive just started.. butthem stats you got right there are a stat i dream about... i dont care what anyone says getting views and subs is some hard work man.. keep it up and dont let anyone tell you your not doing well because belive me mate you are...

Which black bars are you talking about?
Some YT champ wrote that the site name and fb add should be visible throughout the video, so that even when embedded in Jwplayer or any other site elsewhere, people will know where to find us... and that's why that banner ;) hahahaha
Intellectual property is still an evolving idea in South East Asia hahahahaha... anyone can copy our vids and start a new channel for themselves... :)

On the left and right sides of the screen, I know it's probably generated from the onscreen program you are using in order to make the white portion square. But it just doesn't look like it was sized right if a video isn't using the full video box.

Ah ok, I understand then, but to be fair, if someone wanted to rip your video, they can easily size off the top portion or overlay your banner with something else.

:( I am using Windows Live Movie Maker... tried my hands at After Effects and Sony Vegas Pro, but I was lost in them like a Neanderthal in New York.... can't make head or tail out of it... all gibberish...

So finally got back to Windows :)

I am learning editing, but looks like my natural Evolution won't suffice, need a Mutation hahahahaha...

That's the best I could do in DSLR camera :( and you know how bad the ppts are :)
don't know how to go about it... how to make vids like you make...

Whoa that video was really well done, I really like the style. I mean it might not be necessary to change the look of your videos since your subs and viewers like what you put out anyways. If you are growing naturally then maybe what you do is exactly what you need.

But the one comment I read on these forums that always stuck to me is: The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.

If you have time to learn After Effects and Sony Vegas you can achieve pretty much anything you can think up. Much cleaner animations, graphics and tutorials.

One last piece of advice I can offer is to maybe sort your channel page. Right now it opens to a single feed and you can take advantage of the new layout to create play lists and such.

After Effects and Sony Vegas are too Overwhelming for me and my Intel I3 processor Laptop :(
Even when I muster up the courage to work on them, my laptop goes into thermal shutdown :) hahahahaha
I downloaded one called Videopad, but I am not using it, as i am right now only using Windows Live...
will read few tutorials and try the editing on my Desktop this weekend...

That's cool at least you are looking to improve, hardware limitations are a huge roadblock. Once you start rolling in the YouTube money you can upgrade and who know? Maybe I'll see you on CNN Money one day :)
