My YouTube video has been age-restricted although Rating N+ S+

Hello,

I am using "YouTube content rating" for my video: N+ S+
This option indicates mature content that should be restricted to viewers 18 and older

But why youtube still have age-restricted my video after received some report from blind guys (stupid guys) who is can't read warning but can watch video? "YouTube content rating" isn't useful.

What do you mean? :P I'm confused.
 
YouTube makes their policy clear in Help centre topics that adding 18+ rating does not stop people from flagging the video nor stop it from being age-gated "officially".
