literally zero. I make videos in English, but my account is in Germany. Could that be the problem?

Yeah, I had the same thought too. I am also in Germany producing English Videos on some of my channels. I also have a German channel which is doing realy well in Terms of search positioning. However, there are probably different Levels of competition ;)

its possibly something that no one searches for, your tags for example, if people are not searching for a certain thing then they wont find it, for people that do find it for example they maybe just have not been drawn in to click on it.

Youtube is flooded with videos. There's no way my videos show up on youtube search.
Only videos from big channels show up first. My video would appear at page 100

That is why you need to invest time into SEO and branding. I took a look at your channel and for one of your Quantum Break videos these were your keywords: "Quantum Break, Gameplay, Part 1, playthrough". The first one is good but the other three aren't going to help much because keywords are an exact search term. Also the only thing you had in the description was "I don't know if there will be other parts."

Your video Fake People and their Success had no keywords or description what so ever. There is nothing for search engines to hook onto.

You can't rely on viewers to magically find you. It is a hustle. Promote yourself and your videos on social media (but don't spam), learn the ins and outs of SEO, look at your branding and ask yourself if it is memorable and appealing. And, most importantly, be patient. Even a small amount of Youtube success takes years to achieve.

well I did that in the past, putting discriptions and tags into information, it didn't help.

That isn't an excuse to stop. It takes a long time to build a channel and by not doing it now you are only hurting yourself by making it even harder to grow. It takes a lot of time and effort to be successful.

No offense intended but you seem to be looking at the viewers themselves as the problem instead of asking yourself what you could do better to appeal to them.

Your channel does get views, you can't think of it as just 35 views, you have to think of it as 35 people watching your content. That's a whole class full of people watching you on the screen! Sure it's not as much as the thousands of views that you intended on getting, but you're NOT supposed to get those views until you've been in the game for a long time, only people that have really lucked out have success early on in Youtube. That's why everyone that's ever talked about making it big on Youtube has said the same exact thing, "If you're only on here to get big then you won't make it" the reason for this is because those people burn out when they don't see their videos being watched by thousands of people. It's the people that find it genuinely fun to make videos, that do it just to do it that make it, because they never cared about making it big, they just wanted to make a good video and getting an audience along the way was just a bonus.
So just think about that to yourself and really think, do you care about that number in your subscription box, or do you care about the quality of videos that you make?
