Depends if you just have "Niko stole a formula 1 car" as title it's more likely people would search the exact title and will find you video quickly.
The way you have it it's less likely people would search the exact title.
 
No you should probably remove those, im going to guess that people arent going to search up italkwords, unless they are specifically trying to find you, and if they do search that up, then your channel will likely be on the top anyways.
If you read that one thing that that one guy posted, then you would know that this takes away word density, and makes it harder for newer viewers to find your videos.
 
Usually most people's videos will come up in search without the name in the title, so if it's for SEO purposes, it's not really necessary. If it's for branding purposes (ie getting your viewers to see your channel name as much as possible), then an intro and/or outro would probably be more effective :)

What I would advise though, if you don't already do it, is to put italkwords as one of your tags in ALL of your videos. That will increase your chances of more of your videos appearing in the suggested videos list when one of your videos is playing.
