My subscribers are not active... Help?

tips that would work for you are post your videos early in the morning (people are more likely to log on to YouTube during the day), and connect with other youtubers or friends on twitter and ask them to share your video. It may boost your views, and viewers are more likely to become active on your videos such as liking and commenting. It worked for my channel, and I have a noticed a difference with my videos. You can always post a video asking why your subs are not responding or just try to get answers from them. Also congratz you and me both are close to .9k

I dont usually make those type of "channel related" videos, but I can try when I reach 1000 subs for a special. By the way, congrats to you for your success on youtube also. ;>

Good tip, I probably wont have schedules since I sometimes have other activities.

Sounds about right to be honest, I have 42 subs and my views vary between 20-30 views within 24 hours!! I wouldnt worry too much, if it doesnt go up with an increase in subscribers then you may have an issue!.
