My subscriber count isn't public? uh, help? :c

I know in the advanced youtube channel settings it says :
Subscriber Counts
Display the number of people subscribed to my channel
Do not display the number of people subscribed to my channel

I accidentally checked "do not.." a few days ago and even after changing it back to "display..." it is still not showing up on my channel, what do i do now? :/

@GaMerdav I know, I have already decided to make it public. I changed it back immediately after I set it private. The problem is that my channel still doesn't display my subscriber count.

Subscriber counts have been messed up the last few days and not updating properly. This may just be a bug associated with that.
