Just a minor point - if you shrink the image down to 'YouTube search results' size (which I did), your channel name becomes a little less distinct and doesn't 'pop' as much. To be honest, this is probably the least important part of the thumbnail anyway, but if it's something you want viewers to be able to see at a glance, you might consider tweaking that part of the image slightly.

I would recommend not putting text in the bottom right hand corner because this is where YouTube puts the total time in minutes overlay - otherwise cool!
