my life is a disaster ....

I can't imagine a situation where that split would be worthwhile. But that's just me.

If you don't care about the money, I don't really see an incentive to join a network at all, honestly.

i guess that's true... and i just realized, reading the contract, that i wasn't supposed to mention anything :p. oh well. What's the usual split that someone may get in machinima or TGS? TGN is 60/40 if i rmb correctly.

so i just realized in my life that everything i want, i get the opposite of it..... I also learned whenever i insult someone, something bad inevitably happens to me ... like if i call someone dumb yesterday. I'll walk into a poll and get a huge mark on my face today.... so i started learning to respect others and stop being such a douche bag and criticizing people. Now i know you guys are wondering why this is in the Youtube section ... well, as a joke i applied to FullScreen, thinking 0% chance it'd happen and (i was going for TGS with this channel), but i was accepted. I didn't really want a partnership but here it is, should i take it? I know I should be happy but I'm more mad that it happened when I didn't want it ... because I know if I wanted to be partnered that it wouldn't have happened.... life's weird.

You're a complicated fellow. Well, if you don't want a partnership, then don't accept it. They usually make you sign on for a year or two and require you to make at least 2 videos a month. So if you don't want the partnership, you're not likely to take it seriously enough to meet the means of your contract with them. Especially if you don't care about making money, then there's no point in a partnership. I see you make gaming videos and the biggest positive thing a network will bring is to let you monetize on video games that would otherwise be banned to do on your own because it's not your content.

Also, the world treats you the way you think it will. If you think that you already know what's going to happen to you because it's the opposite of what you want, that's what will happen because you've already convinced yourself and the universe that it will happen. I try to send out positive energy and so far I've gotten positive things back. ;)

in regards to the networks, i've heard it can allow channels grow, which is why i was somewhat interested... but i dislike the idea of a 2 year contract, so i'll ask a few fullscreeners what they think and prob. go from there.

And I usually try to remain positive but it's hard at times. :'(

Well I'm a Fullscreener, ask me! :) Haha.

I signed up with Fullscreen in April of this year. When I signed up, I had about 350 subs and now I currently have 650 subs 3 months later. I honestly don't think Fullscreen had anything to do with me gaining subs because I marketed & worked my a** off to bring people to my channel. However, they do have featured channels on their Facebook page and they do offer chances for you to submit a video for them to feature as well. BUT there are a LOT of people signed under Fullscreen who try so it's a long shot to get picked.

Networks in general really don't help you with growing your channel. They do offer tips and tricks to help you to do it yourself though. I like Fullscreen so far, they have a huge music library that I can use for my videos, they allow me to monetize on my gaming commentary, and they also run Gorilla campaigns where you can make some extra money. I'm locked in for 2 years so it also forces me to stay on task with my channel and not give up making videos. Let me know if you have any other questions!

:( Anything I could say in response would be impolite. But hey, whatever works for ya :)
I respect your opinion, as some people believe in religion and some people don't. For me it worked so many times that I just can't say it's not working.
