Hello and welcome to my guide on how to become 'Big' on YouTube!

I'm going to cover a few points that should help to grow your channel.

Okay so let's begin. The first tip I would 100% advise you to do is upload in HD. HD makes your videos a LOT better! If you have a really good video that's in 320p.... People aren't gonna like it. They will think that you don't have the time to put in any effort into your videos by not rendering it in HD. Also it would just be a waste of time by making an awesome video then putting it into 320p... No one is going to share it!

My second tip is quality over quantity! Say you upload a video every day and you only put around 1 hours work into it. People are going to watch your video and think "Wtf is this?!". You can upload tons of bad videos... But people wont subscribe to you if your videos look like they have been recorded it with a potato and sounded like the person is half awake! You need to put at least 3-4 hours work into your videos! When I get my new PC I will be putting a ton of effort into my videos!

Also, if you produce a really really good video that is in say 1080p... Bigger YouTuber's in that area might promote you for your effort by maybe tweeting your video or something. But trust me, the more you put into something the more you get out!

My third and final tip is NEVER GIVE UP! If you never give up you will never fail. This is basically the key to success for anything in life! You just have to work your a** off and in the end it will pay off and you will get what you deserve!

"my guide for becoming big on youtube" .. looks at your channel and you only have 8 subscribers? maybe before making a guide actually have something to back it up? it will make it look a lot better. :)

There are some good points in there but really all the points are about HD quality, really this should just be a thread saying "Upload in HD" but I can see you're point. Thanks for sharing this information.

Anyways, I agree that thopse are good requirements to become successful, but you won't on those alone. They're just the first step towards getting there. Once you do it, now you have to properly market yourself towards the YouTube community!

Well giving up would just be stupid... Then all the hard work just goes lost. And yes, offcourse HD is important this time and day. I never watch lower anymore :-)

Yeah I know :P I have only just started this channel and I thought I would give my view and opinion on how to become big....
