They say the first million is the hardest - I'm sure they mean YouTube views with that.

I found the thing that helped me is picking on myself. Look at my video and improve one new thing each time... audio, camera, lighting etc and after 30 videos I was 30 times better than I used to be.That's very motivating to hear.
I like your videos btw, maybe poke me on YT and we can collab ?
