Yes it does, and moving would be a real pain. We did petition this about 5 years ago though, so might ask again and see if this time he agrees. Maybe if I go around beforehand and explain the differences he might comply, doubt it though

That makes sense, don't want a stretched out video. I couldn't record in 720p till recent so I understand what you mean

you should try that, 1-2 hours upload time would keep me away from youtube, i can even think of how slow you watch high res videos O_O

Guess what, I don't

If I want to watch on anything higher than 360p, it has to buffer for 5mins so it doesn't lag up inbetween. Also nothing could put me off YouTube, I can sacrifice 2 hours of my day

You think that's bad, a 15 minute video for me takes between 1 hour - 2 hours

20 min video - 1080p - 2.5GB in size.................................. 8 mins to upload!!

I render my video then take it to work and upload there
