I Have Got About 8 Youtube Messages Today Asking What I Use To Edit And Record So Here It Goes.

- I Capture Minecraft Using Bandicam. I Use VirtualDub For My Video Editing. I Save My Videos In An Avi Container. The Video Compressed With Xvid Codec. And The Audio Compressed With Lame MP3. The Video Gets Resized To 854x480 Before Uploading It To YouTube.Btw Virtualdub Is What EthosLab Uses Lol.
 
Were the YouTube messages from people here? Otherwise they won't get an answer :D Anyway nice to know what you use, is there a reason you re-size it less than 720p or can't you record at that?

upload time, rendertime. probaly one of those.

i know right, luckly we recently swiched internet provider. we where at the one with the worst feedback in the whole country -_-. a video of 15 minutes took like 45 minutes to upload, now it only takes 10 minutes max :D

You think that's bad, a 15 minute video for me takes between 1 hour - 2 hours :furious:

We've been trying to get Fibre Optic in our area for ages, but we live on a private road so you have to have all the residents agree to it. Everyone's fine with faster internet, then there's some grumpy guy at the end that doesn't want anything modern :troll2:(<- The guy) . He said no and that's that, no cable for us until he says yes or we move.

why does it depend on one grumpy guy? if the intire neightborehood agrees with it...

Because they have to dig up part of the lane, therefore blocking access for a few hours/day. As it affects everyone on the lane they each have to agree :(
