My Channel: what do you think?

Hello guys, I want to know what you guys think of my channel banner/profile photo or what I need to do to make it better.
 
Great channel art, and I love the intro, the quality needs to be worked on, because in most cases people go to watch videos with great quality, and seems like you are recording with a video camera, I honestly think you should work on your quality and tone down the volume on your voice, and you should be good.
 
Always have a picture of some kind be your avatar, 1 cause it'll be viewed so small people can't read text, and 2 it's more welcoming(which means more clicks on it). I'd recommend changing the front of your channel to themes, and playlists, would result in more video views overall. Best of luck.
