My Channel, QuaKRage

My Channel:
I run a gaming channel (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCy2SgF0h1szccSJh7hpVpGQ) that specializes in COD Zombies and Minecraft. From the 20th June I will be done with exams and should be able to upload daily and as I prepare for that I would like to know, what could be improved on my channel.

A bit about me:
I am QuaKRage, owner of the QuaK Call of Duty clan on xbox and sometimes PC. I am currently undertaking my GCSE exams. I am a generic British teen with a desire to make YouTube cideos and to have them liked by the community.

Why am I posting here?
Please take the time to look at my channel as it would be my dream to make YouTube videos for a living and I can't do that with out peer reviewer(s) telling me what I have to do to achieve that. If you like what you see, feel free to subscribe and await the daily awesomeness. Also, it would help if you could answer the poll in this thread.

If you are going to post some criticism, don't just tell me what I'm doing wrong but tell me how to fix this.

I can only provide some visual advice:

1. Make sure the text in your channel art is fully visible.
2. A new channel icon could help you out, try to use contrasting colors - the one right now is kind of bland.
3. Try to use less text on your thumbnails if you can, that's what the title is for.
