My Channel Can't Grow

I started my channel about 2 months ago and I have 29 subs. Lately I've been uploading consistently and posting to social media, but I'm still growing at a very slow pace. Then I look at other channels like mine and they're growing faster than me in a shorter amount of time.

This has to be a common problem. So how did you over come it and start growing faster? Any advise is great.

you're worried about 2 months man? people still dont know you exist yet haha its the same for me. who cares that other people are getting ahead of you its like being envious about your boss for having a better job than you. keep working and you'll get to his position but it doesnt happen overnight.

Lol yeah true I mean when it comes down to it I just like making videos, but I guess I'm just not used to it I usually grow fast like on instagram I had 12k and on twitter I had 1k but youtube is a slow an steady type of thing
