My channel banner is being weird...Help!

Hey everyone, Willem here again! Having a little trouble with my YouTube channel banner it seems
Everytime i Upload my banner at the "Desktop" banner resolution it tells me to use a different Resolution, I use that then get told to use the same one again...I need help!

Are you using a template? If not it's probably either the wrong dimensions or too big a file size
