I honestly dont think they can detect invalid activity properly considering everyone is getting banned for it and that really speaks a lot about their proprietary system they wish to protect, it sounds like its broken to me.
Surely they should be able to detect what is genuine and what isnt and make a decision based on that instead of banning people for life over things they cannot control, it is like being banned from a shop because someone from the same school smashed their window or something. I honestly dont think anyone should monetise their videos at all until they make it very big as right now Adsense just seems like playing with fire.
