MusicNationNetwork [Un-Proffesional]

Alright I am here today to talk about "MusicNationNetwork." First of all I want to talk about their support. I went on their LiveChat and one of their agents came on and had no clue what he was doing.
I wanted some basic information for example I asked "Are you an MCN" he replied back and said "What is an MCN" and for those of you who don't know it's a Mutli Channel Network.

Then I got off the LiveChat and pretended to be someone else and asked "If they have CMS" and he said "That's confidential information" how is that confidential information? It's obvious if networks networks own or do not own CMS. Point is the agents are not knowledgable and clearly don't get payed well.

Another thing is what is up with their website? It's very bad and not put together correctly. Defiantly not a Proffesional looking website everything out of order. Anyways this network does not deserve to have CMS.[DOUBLEPOST=1401084280,1401084165][/DOUBLEPOST]Also he did lots of spelling errors.

The CMS was the old login/ dashboard system for managing content ID and rollup of channels, a Content Owner is the actual account :P
 
Well I have to admit. As a network under them they do have bad support. I have contacted them through skype and they reply hours after my question :P.
 
Hey it's Music Nations Network, oh wait they have NOTHING to do with Music....... nice name........ people say not to judge a book by it's cover yet sometimes its a good thing to do, who would partner with a network that lies not just in there benefits or anything like that but RIGHT IN THERE NETWORK NAME???? Don't partner with this network, there support is bad and it took me SO long to figure out what there CEO's name was, Joe Gallagher is what one source claims. Also reports tell me that he is not even close to 18. As always do a ton of research about any network before joining.

Sorry for the caps, I was just trying to make a point.
 
I don't share the same experience as you do.
I am a sub-network under them and I get good support, quick replies, etc. It might be the time zone difference or something that causes this?
I don't have nothing to complain about at all with this network, but that is just my opinion.

They are not unique at all from what I can see. Again how does Music relate to the network at all? Someone please explain that to me........
