Music video with gameplay footage

I recently made a game trailer and I was wondering what kind of strikes I may get for it.
1 for being monetized (If I were partnered with a game network)
2 for not being monetized
The music is from the youtube music library and the visuals are from a 1999 release of Metal Gear Sold Integral with no in game audio.

I'm not partnered yet and I don't plan to for a long time and I probably wouldn't monetize a video like this due to the risks. I'm just wondering what are the possible youtube reaction to this from minor to major.
I've made videos like this in the past on my other channel (5 years ago), but were mainly flagged for the audio. It ranged from youtube putting a link to the itunes song, muting of the audio, strikes, to the complete removal of a video.

Thanks!

2 things.

There is no "legal" benefit to being partnered in relation to game content. It was simply a myth.

Monetization of a video, or lack thereof does not increase nor decrease the risk of strikes. You would get one regardless of whether you tried to monetize the content or not.
