Music, sweet Music where art though!?

So as the title suggest (kinda). Where do you guys find your music? Do you have someone make it for you? use a public domain website? I would love to know where you guys get your music and use them for free :)!
 
I make my own on FL Studio, nothing too fancy but it's pretty easy to make basic beats for playing in the background of a video. YouTube does also give you access to royalty free music, you can find it in the "Create" section of Youtube's creator studio
 
I find either some royalty free tracks online, but I'm lucky to have a composer friend that scores some videos for me! What specific style are you looking for?

Ah that's tight!, I already use the one youtube has given for me, sometimes i notice people use music from monster cat and was wondering if it was licensed or if you can take other channel music such as suicide sheep and monster cat.

Oh ok cool we've been using youtube giving music. We've been looking into more electro/funk.
 
Only YT audio library. I am too scared of copy rights issues to use any other source (even though such sources do exist and I am sure they have wonderful music libraries).
 
Stock music. Mostly Audiomicro and the YT audio library right now. Back in 2011 I used to use JewelBeat all the time (their prices being amazing), and occasionally pond5. If I really want something in a parody (like "I Wanna Dance With Somebody" in my last animation) I'll find a MIDI and remake it into an MP3 with soundfonts in FL studio. Sometimes I'll also score stuff in FL studio with my keyboard, but I've only got basic experience on the piano and I'm no composer so that method doesn't add much to the final product whenever I do resort to it.

Since stock rarely fits what's in my head-I hope to reach the level where I'm able to afford to hire a composer and/or collab with a music channel. I'd love the hell out of getting an instrumental of "Melody in 4F" or "Year of Jubilo" in a nice orchestral style right now. T'aint gonna happen of course, nor do either exist anywhere in a downloadable royalty free form at all. Lawl. Me and my dreams.

Well if you want electro/funk, then I can actually help you out there! There's a label called Monstercat (https://www.monstercat.com/) and they will let you use any track from their artist and their library at no cost. Their music is mainly EDM, but branches out a bit. I'm not familiar with most of their music, but can direct you towards Televisor, which is my friend's group signed with them:
. They make awesome, pretty funky stuff. The only caveat with Monstercat though, is that you can't monetize the videos, but if you're not worried about monetizing just yet, then it shouldn't be a problem!
