Music copyright on unlisted videos

Hello.
Lets say I am partnered on youtube and make money off of it (thus I'm copyright free). If I were to make an unlisted video with copyright music, would my account and partnership be in trouble?
The way I see it, since you don't make any money from unlisted videos, it shouldn't be an issue whether the music is copyrighted or not, right?

If you upload a video with copyright content, it may get a content id match, meaning that ads will run and make money for the copyright holder. Beyond that, it shouldn't present a problem, unless somebody with access to it flags the video. Then again, I don't see why you don't just upload the video on another channel.
