MP3 VS WAV

I always use 24-bit/96Khz WAV for recording my studio mics and studio audio for my videos, instead of using 320KBps MP3. The quality is much better but indeed as Tarmack said most people won't notice, but people with a trained ear will most likely notice since they know what to listen for. I always keep the highest quality up until the rendering phase, which then compresses the audio and video into a H.264 / 320KBps MP3 format.
