Anyone else here use this software called Movavi?? I have suite 12...
Just wondering so I can possibly get some hints/tips from you & possibly find out how to do some tricks on there for my videos... cos so far I haven't found any tutorials using this software :/ the website itself for the software isn't that helpful..

I tried Sony Vegas Pro but it looked way too intimidating so I didn't even try!! :(
Also I don't have a MAC so using the most used vid editing software like imovie isn't available for me...
Any other software that is free, easy to use & good for edits??

I wish there were tonnes of free softwares for editing but basically I use movie maker (kinda unprofessional but it works) and magix movie edit pro (professional, got tutorials and cheap) otherwise Videopad video editor is free software and good for cutting and splitting but not professional :D

Movavi is pretty good when it comes to editing :) try it sometime if you like, you might end up liking it too haha
My friend uses movie maker & it does the job so can't complain or say anything to anyone who uses it lol
I just want to be able to put in heaps of random stuff in my videos to make it more entertaining, & it doesn't help that my laptop keeps spazzing out on me sometimes when i edit :(

Hey Nikki, I have a background in graphic design and I have a few suggestions for you. For starters I like your background for your channel banner, it looks great. However, I recommend that you change the font or make it bigger. Calligraphy fonts are usually hard to read when they are small. You also have a light background. I suggest possibly changing the font color. The drop shadow is good to make the font stand out, but it's barely effective when the type is small. The same goes with your video arts. I scrolled through a few of your videos and the typography either blended in with the background or was too small. Readability is important! Try to make the type bigger, and try no to use colors that would blend to much in the background. Otherwise, your channel looks good. Keep up the good work. :) In the end, it's your channel, so do with it as you please. I hope this helped.

Your other thread about channel design was deleted before I could post this so..

Yeah i just got the alert saying it was deleted, my bad!! I thought they would just move the post over to the correct forum but okay haha. Thanks for the feedback :) & yeah i love the font, it's really "me", all i need to do is just make it bigger. The only thing that puts me off it is having to fiddle around for ages having to have the banner all fit in & to make sure the writing doesn't get cut off at the same time of having it readable. I'm still definitely working on my thumbnails :) & thank you again :)
