Motivation is waning

Doom Video Vault

I Love YTtalk
What am I supposed to do when my motivation for my Youtube channel is waning? On top of that, I've been uploading videos later in the evening rather than during the afternoon hours.

Easy, take a break. May it be a week, or a month, anyway let some steam off, and then get back to your routine

I remember doing that last year around the same time period but what is also a real motivation killer is my lack of growth. Take a look at my Socialblade page.

Might just be a slow month for you.
It would probably be worth it if you took a break, then came back and tried some new stuff to maybe get your channel kick started again.
I'm sure there are other things you could do that are Doom-related.
You could also try changing up your thumbnails, branding, and more.
Sometimes you need to change the "light-bulb" before things can get bright again.

I would take a break from it but keep writing down your ideas when you are not making videos, try not to let it become a chore or stressful for you :)

Take a break. You're not helping anyone by trying to push yourself to make videos even though you're really not in the mood. It's gonna show on your videos and you're gonna hate yourself for it later.

Hell I haven't uploaded a video for the past 5 months because I've had other s**t to deal with. Only getting back into the swing of things now. It happens. Unless YouTube actually is your dayjob, don't treat it like one.

When you let the numbers take over your feelings like that it shows in the videos you produce. People have a keen sense in that. With that being said, you have obviously reached your limit so take a nice break and get back in the saddle later. YouTube is supposed to be fun, and by your comments it looks like you are in a little personal hell right now.
