Motivation is basically gone..

YouTube doesn't seen recent uploads to ALL your subscribers feeds, so not every one of your subs will see it there..
None of your videos show up in my feed, I have to go their manually. It might be the main cause of things. But don't lose motivation dude, I know I'm not exactly big but I can mention you in the next video? I want to try and help as best I can and I don't have a lot of experience with growing a fanbase D:

Well my goals for this year was 50 subscribers and 50,000 views.. but I passed my sub goal by a long shot (something I thought i'd never achieve). My real goal is to have majority of my subscribers to be active. I'd even be happy if I had 20 subscribers and 15+ of them were active.
Okay and more thing
Texture in vlogs makes a lot of difference
If you incorporate short 5-8 seconds which are something off the main topic so that they can take a break from the normal timeline
There are lots and lots of ways to add texture
exploding toaster...say did you hear something well anyways then smoke comes and then you say leave it so where was I ....
or move around the room and something funny comes up quickly try to cover it up
or while talking again and again your phone is ringing and you are getting irritated etc etc
Learn from TV shows
and from high end production movies and add texture..TEXTURE IS THE KEY

Yeah I've been getting that advice a lot haha. It's something that I really need to do. Today I vlogged at the park! (The video isn't uploaded yet). So at least that's outside of the house. I plan on vlogging everywhere I go, no matter what. Even if it's only a little bit, I think it will help me improve. Thanks for the feedbackI was going to say do something different. I've been watching your videos for a while now and don't get me wrong, you're coolbut I feel like I want to see something... more vibrant. Maybe you running, going shopping, just something else, I don't know. I guess my advice would be to add some dramatic variety to your vlogging themes and change things up a lot. I know it can be hard when you're new around town but experiment around and see where that takes you. Cheers my dear.

Well I'm no where close to giving up, so from this point on i'm going to try and improve my vlogs. Even if it takes me till 1,000 videos to really be happy with my sub/active sub number, I'm not giving up. I don't want to be one of those channels who attempts to do daily vlogs and gives up before reaching that. (I've seen a bunch of channels that has done that). It's my goal to vlog for 365 days, and I'm not stopping till I finish!

I get about 200-400 views usually when I have 800 subs, its what happens. smosh only get around 1/3 of their subs viewing
